- Can your company offer service/repair advice?
- Most certainly, we are specialists in the dictation industry! We offer the following range of services: Systems Support, Workshop Repairs and Service Calls.
- What brands of dictation machines do you service/repair?
- We service and repair most commercial brands of dictation machines including: Assmann, Dictaphone, Grundig, Lanier, Norcom, Olympus, Philips, Sanyo, and Sony.
- Will you send a technician out to a customer in the Sydney Metropolitan Area to fix their machine(s) onsite?
- Yes, we understand that sometimes time it is far easier for us to come to you, so we offer Service Calls.
- Do you offer loan machines when booking machines in for service/repair?
- Yes we do, on request. We understand that sometimes you need to be able to continue working even when your machine(s) are being repaired. This is a complimentary service.
- Can I hire dictation machines for short periods of time?
- Yes. We can organise weekly hires. Look at our Hire page for more information.
