  • Do we accept online payments?

    YES! We accept all credit cards. No we don't charge you any fee.

  • What form of payment do you accept when purchasing products?

    We accept cash, cheques and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express.

    We do not charge any fee!

     

  • Can I get my purchases delivered?

    If requested we can dispatch same day couriers for Sydney customers, generally all goods are based on next day delivery.

    If you purchase any goods online over $20 we do not charge any delivery fee.

    Please read through our Terms and Conditions, we ask that you do not use our website or service until you have familiarised yourself with them. If you are using or have used our service it is understood that you have agreed to the terms set forth on this page. When we say "We" "PC Dictation" "US" and "our service" we are referring to PC Dictation and its respective products and services. References to "you" "your" "customer"  "client" and the like, refer to you, and your agents. These Terms and Conditions can change at any time. It is important that you check back here regularly. Your continued use of this website implies acceptance of any subsequent revisions.

      

      

    Online orders

    All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by PC Dictation.

    For each online order, you must pay:

    1. the applicable price for the relevant goods; and

    2. the delivery and handling fee.

     

    Privacy

    At PC Dictation, we are committed to respecting your personal privacy and provide this Policy so as to assist you in understanding what information we collect when you visit our site and the care with which we intend to treat any information you provide to us.

    General Information: When you visit our site, we are gathering certain limited non-personal information from your visit, such as the type of browser or operating system your computer is using or  your IP address (a number assigned to your computer when you browse the Internet).

    We may also collect information on the number of visitors to our site, the pages they visited and how long they stayed. We use this to improve and enhance our site. None of this information includes any personal information about you nor permits us to identify who you are when you are visiting our site.

    Personal Information: PC Dictation does not collect any personal information, such as your name, street address, telephone number, credit card information or e-mail address, unless you voluntarily provide this information to us.

    When you do provide us with such personal information, it will only be used by PC Dictation to fulfill the service you have requested, such as completing an order for a product or sending requested information on a product or service. Such personal information will not be sold, marketed or disclosed to any third party without your consent.

    Security: PC Dictation is aware of your concerns about keeping secure personal information you may have provided to us through our site and is committed to protecting against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information under our control.

    Refunds policy

    We will need the following information, before we can proceed.

    • Name and contact details
    • Invoice Number or Order Number
    • Item Serial Number(s)
    • Reason for return

    Our return policy extends for the first 14 days from purchase date.

    Please ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods, which are damaged whilst in transit back to us. We recommend using either a courier or registered mail to ensure goods are returned and can be tracked.

    PC Dictation is not responsible for freight charges for stock being returned.

    Please do not write on or attach labels to the product being returned; otherwise, the return may not be accepted, as it will be deemed damaged.

    A copy of the original invoice, or other proof of purchase must be included with the returned product.

     

    Faulty Products

    If the product is faulty please return the product to us with your receipt. We may send the product to the manufacturer's service agent for assessment.

    Where the product is determined faulty we will provide you with an exchange. Please return products with instruction manuals and all accessories where applicable.

     

     Shipping Policy

    Note: We currently only ship within Australia

    • Delivery is via third party courier*
    • Couriers are unable to  ship to Post Office box.
    • Deliveries sent with registered couriers* who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery.
    • We also send goods via Australia Post ‘Express Post' if we consider this the most efficient method of delivery
    • We can also send via DX mail BUT do not recommend this as we cannot track the goods.
    • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
    • As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior but may call if the delivery address appears incorrect.
    • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
    • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.


    Like most retailers that provide delivery services, PC Dictation can only guarantee the delivery of items to the shipping address as specified by our customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to evaluate and decide if their shipping address is suitable for purchase via courier delivery. PC Dictation will not be held responsible for any item reported missing once the item(s) has been successfully delivered to the specified shipping address.

    To assist us with processing your order, please provide your landline number as well as a mobile number.

    Australian Deliveries (2-3 business days)
    For delivery to major States, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-2 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.
