Our support team at PC Dictation can cut down the time it takes to respond to computer related issues by using this remote program. If you do not have a digital Support agreement please call 02 9231 5161.

We are authorised Repairers for the following brands: Dictaphone, Grundig, Olympus, Norcom, Philips, Sanyo and other major brands.
Make a copy of mini, micro, steno & standard tape?
Yes we can copy any type of tape (mini, micro, steno, standard) and copy to another tape or convert it to mp3.
Onsite installation and training?
We do recommend one of our trained staff to install and then instruct you on how best to use the equipment. This will save you a lot of time!
