With over 30 years experience in the Voice Industry, Administrative Aid is leading Australia in Voice Solutions.

Administrative Aid is split into two areas. The original company handles most commercial brands of Analogue (Cassette) Dictation Machine Sales, Service and Hire.
PC Dictation (PCD), a Division of Administrative Aid, handles all the digital machine and system sales and support, which has now become the core focus of the company, as the website name suggests.
Both of these areas are located within the same Head Office at:
Culwulla Chambers, 67 Castlereagh St, Sydney.
A showroom for both digital and analogue (cassette) dictation solutions is onsite at the Head Office. Customers may book their machines in for service here, and the Service Department is located onsite for faster turnaround times.
As we head into a world of constant technology changes, Administrative Aid is one company you can rely on! It has been around long enough to know the industry background, but has remained at the cutting edge of technology changes, in order to keep its client base moving in line with those changes.
