Why do I need this software?

If you need to upgrade or add the Speechexec software to existing Philips hardware

If you are running DPM Download configuration software (9350, 9360, 9400 & 9450 recorders). The DPM Download configuration software is not compatible with windows7 and you will need to upgrade to 4400.

Please contact us if you have questions based on upgrading older versions (version 5 or version 6) where they had a USB dongle or USB smart key.
