We all know that there's nothing more frustrating than when you just can't get your equipment to work. And few of us have time to try to decipher the instruction manual!
The answer of course is PC Dictation and our ongoing support service.
Help is never more than a quick call or email away. We find that most problems can be quickly solved over the phone and sometimes through remote/modem connection. We also offer onsite support with our Service Calls, if required.
The cost of our support services varies according to type of system you have and the level of support needed. We offer an hourly support rate or a yearly Support Contract.
Our Support Contracts provide unlimited telephone support and other relevant options, for a fixed price. They are very cost effective and extremely popular with our clients.
